Admission Process
Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Must have passed Karnataka SSLC or equivalent examination. Candidates other than Karnataka SSLC have to produce eligibility certificate obtained from the Board of Technical Examinations, Bangalore – 560 001 before admission.
Must have studied for at least five full academic years in Karnataka between 1st Standard and qualifying examination (study of one class for one year will be treated as one academic year). Admission notification containing rules and regulations for admission will be announced every year normally in the month of April.
The selection of candidates will be made by the management as per the rules prescribed by the Government of Karnataka.
Admissions Duration
All the courses are of SIX Semesters (Three Years) duration.
Medium of Instruction : English Eligibility
Pass in Karnataka SSLC or Equivalent Examinations.
Pass in ITI (Lateral entry for III semester).

Electrician
The well-equipped electrical labs provide an excellent opportunity to the students for developing in depth skills in Electrical Engineering. Our labs are equipped with latest equipment’s and different types of Motors and Generators. Also they learn Electrical Wiring, different types of generating station, Transmission and Distribution of Power, Motor Rewinding, Electrical Panel Boards, handling of different types of electrical measuring instruments, study of Relays and circuit breakers, Working principles of different types of AC & DC Motors, Generators and Transformers, Repair and maintenance of Electrical appliances. They also learn the working and uses of basic Electronics components and equipment’s
Fitter
Fitter trainees are trained in Basic Fittings, Measuring Instruments, Handling of different types of Hand tools, Lathe operations, Welding, Sheet metals, Advance fittings, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Assembly and study of machine drawings etc. It is a mechanical course having huge demand in public sectors, private sectors and MNC Companies.
Electonic Mechanic
After successful completion of this course the trainee shall be able to perform the following skills with proper sequence.
- Identify various active and passive components and their applications.
- Make and solder the wire joints, wires on PCB and do de-soldering technique
- Identification, Testing, Soldering & De-soldering of SMD (Surface Mounted devices) Components
- Handle different types of Electronic Measuring Instruments
- Identify different types of faults in electronics equipment’s.
- Repair & maintenance computer hardware & networking
- Repair and maintenance of SMPS, UPS, Inverter, solar power system and various analog

Candidates after completing ITI have both academic and Job oriented prospects to continue with
- Immediate Job opportunity after completion of the course
- One year Apprenticeship training with stipend (above Rs.10,000 /- per month) in any Public / Private sectors / MNC companies
- Diploma lateral entry to 3rd semester (2nd Year)
- Can opt for CITS (Craftsmen Instructor Training Scheme) Course
